In this print, the author achieved pure articulations and greater artistic achievements by showing his poetics, following the path from the works of a concise realistic vision dedicated to the atmosphere of the native Banat. He condensed the art structures and sets of forms that, in a new coded system, led him to an artistic sign through an associative symbol.

Milan Stašević (b1946, Vojvoda Stepa, Banat), graduated in 1975 from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade, class of prof. Zoran Petrović, and completed his postgraduate studies in 1977, in the class of prof. Mladen Srbinović. Since 1977, he has exhibited independently (Belgrade, London, Paris, Sarajevo …) and at numerous collective exhibitions in the country and abroad. Professor at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad. He is engaged in painting and graphics.
